If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic company in Dubai as a Sales Executive specializing in the HoReCa segment!

About the Role:

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales of food ingredients to hotels, restaurants, cafes, catering companies, and other businesses in the HoReCa segment across the UAE. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their specific needs, and offering customized solutions that contribute to their success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify new leads within the HoReCa segment in the UAE.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HoReCa clients, including chefs, procurement managers, and decision-makers.
  • Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions for food ingredients, menu development, and operational efficiency.
  • Negotiate and close deals, achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing product knowledge and industry expertise.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Generate and track sales leads and opportunities.
  • Contribute to market research and competitor analysis within the HoReCa segment.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the HoReCa segment or food service industry.
  • Strong understanding of the HoReCa market dynamics and key players in the UAE or GCC region.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Passion for the food industry and a genuine interest in understanding customer needs.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in food technology, food service, catering, or bakery a plus.
