Key Responsibilities:
• Staff Management:
• Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of servers, cooks, and kitchen staff.
• Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Train, mentor, and support team members to uphold high standards of performance and cooperation.
• Customer Service:
• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and maintain high service standards for all guests.
• Operations Oversight:
• Monitor daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and quality of service.
• Oversee inventory management and quality control, ensuring food safety and compliance with regulations.
• Financial Management:
• Assist in budgeting processes, tracking daily sales, and managing operational costs.
• Implement strategies to control expenses, including labor and food costs.
• Compliance & Cleanliness:
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure all team members are following safety protocols.
• Problem-Solving:
• Quickly address any operational issues or emergencies, providing effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption.
