This role involves operating fully automated Chinese machines, ensuring high-quality production, and maintaining optimal machine performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Setup:
- Configure and calibrate the paper cup machine according to production specifications.
- Ensure all materials are loaded and prepared for seamless operation.
- Operation Monitoring:
- Supervise the machine during operation to ensure continuous and efficient production.
- Adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
- Troubleshooting:
- Identify and resolve any technical issues or malfunctions that arise during operation.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team for more complex repairs and adjustments.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct regular inspections of produced paper cups to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Implement corrective actions for any deviations or defects detected.
- Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance on the machine to prevent breakdowns and ensure longevity.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and report any major concerns to the supervisor.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate logs of production data, machine performance, and quality control results.
- Report daily production outputs and any issues encountered to the relevant departments.
