We are on the lookout for a talented and self-motivated Marketing/Retainer Sales Specialist to join our team, with a focus on selling marketing retainers to wedding venues in the USA and UK. This exciting role combines consultative sales expertise with the ability to build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing sales, an understanding of recurring revenue models, and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to sell marketing retainers targeting wedding venues in the USA and UK.
• Product Demos: Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to client needs, showcasing the value of marketing solutions.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, promoting repeat business and upselling opportunities.
• Revenue Growth: Identify client needs and recommend solutions, including websites and digital marketing packages, to drive new business and upsells.
• Pipeline Management: Manage a sales pipeline to achieve monthly targets, using CRM tools for tracking and forecasting.
• Market Knowledge: Stay informed about marketing and SaaS trends in UAE and international markets to effectively engage with clients.
Qualifications
• Experience: 2–4 years in marketing sales, ideally in SaaS or digital services, with a proven record of selling retainer-based packages.
• Sales Skills: Expertise in consultative sales, product demonstrations, and deal closures, with an understanding of recurring revenue models.
• Market Awareness: Familiarity with the wedding industry in the USA and UK is an advantage.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build credibility with clients.
• Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote work environment, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, video conferencing platforms, and digital marketing channels.
