The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and boost overall sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and its services.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
- Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media content, engage with customers online, and analyze social media performance.
- Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Event Marketing: Coordinate and promote special events, promotions, and partnerships to attract customers.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention, including managing customer feedback and online reviews.
- Content Creation: Work with designers and photographers to create visually appealing content for marketing materials.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities for growth.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring ROI on all marketing activities.
