We are looking for a friendly and organized Hostess cum Cashier to join our team in Dubai. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle financial transactions accurately. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting & Seating Guests:

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, manage the waitlist, and escort guests to their tables.

• Provide information about the menu and answer any initial questions.

• Managing Reservations:

• Handle phone inquiries for bookings and maintain the reservation system.

• Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize flow and accommodate guests efficiently.

• Handling Payments:

• Accurately process bills, accept payments (cash or card), and issue receipts.

• Ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the end of each shift.

• Customer Assistance:

• Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and politely.

• Ensure a positive dining experience by providing attentive and responsive service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior experience in a hostess or cashier role is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic math skills and experience handling cash transactions.

• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
