Are you detail-oriented with a knack for cost estimation and analysis? We are seeking an Estimation Engineer to support our project bidding and cost evaluation processes.

In this role, you will review and scrutinize tender documents, project drawings, and schedules to provide accurate cost estimates. You will be responsible for evaluating supplier quotations, negotiating technical and commercial terms, and conducting value engineering studies to align with project budget constraints. Additionally, you will manage record-keeping, ISO documentation, and supplier databases while delegating draftsmen for quantity take-offs.

1. Scrutiny of tender documents

2. Evaluating tender documents, drawings, & schedules

3. Floating Enquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers

4. Comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations

5. Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of

product.

6. Based on Clients budget constraints for any specific project, carrying out

Value engineering studies

7. Maintaining ISO documentation, Record Keeping, Suppliers/Manufacturers

Data Bank records.

8. Delegating Draftsmen for quantity take offs, cross checking quantities.
