We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee client relationships and ensure seamless execution of digital projects in South Africa. Key Responsibilities
• Client Account Management: Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, understanding of needs, and regular updates on project progress.
• Project Coordination: Oversee digital projects from website design and development to marketing campaigns, meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Campaign Oversight: Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and other initiatives, aligning with client objectives.
• Project Briefing & Documentation: Create detailed briefs for design and development teams, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on project and campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
• Experience: 3–5 years in digital account management, preferably within South Africa or similar regions.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Understanding of SEO, social media, PPC, email marketing, and website design principles.
• Client Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret digital metrics and KPIs to improve outcomes.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), CRM systems, and analytics tools.
