We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that they have an enjoyable dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with seating.
• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring orders are accurate and meet quality standards.

Order Management:

• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or requests.
• Process guest payments, provide accurate change, and handle credit card transactions.
• Ensure tables are set properly and maintain a clean dining area throughout the service.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other waitstaff to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in clearing tables, refilling beverages, and restocking supplies as needed.
• Support team members during busy shifts to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient service.

Compliance & Safety:

• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Maintain knowledge of restaurant policies, procedures, and menu offerings, including any changes or specials.
• Report any issues or incidents to the manager on duty.
