About the Role:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and driving sales growth in the UAE market. You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives.
- Manage and forecast sales pipeline.
- Negotiate and close deals with new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers.
- Identify and analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- Prepare and present sales reports and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience in the UAE market.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Excellent negotiating and closing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in English
