About the Role:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of food ingredients, chemicals, and additives to food processing and manufacturing companies in the UAE. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, develop customized solutions, and build long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify new leads within the food processing and manufacturing industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
• Negotiate and close deals, achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Generate and track sales leads and opportunities.
• Contribute to market research and competitor analysis.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of the food processing and manufacturing industry in the UAE.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to negotiate effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and with a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
• Fluency in English
