About the Role:

As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in connecting clients with their dream properties in Dubai. You will be responsible for prospecting for new clients, understanding their needs, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and closing transactions. You will work independently and as part of a supportive team, contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and build relationships with potential buyers and sellers.
• Qualify leads and understand client needs and preferences.
• Research and present properties that meet client requirements.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Negotiate property deals on behalf of clients and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Prepare and manage closing documents and ensure smooth transaction flow.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and legal regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 months of real estate experience in the UAE (flexible based on enthusiasm and potential).
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and its various neighborhoods.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• High level of motivation, energy, and a relentless drive to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, self-organized, and with a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in English, Arabic a plus.
