Our client is seeking 20 highly motivated nurses to join their growing team specializing in Maternity Delivery. As a Maternity Delivery Nurse at their facility, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to mothers and newborns during one of life's most precious moments.

About the Role:

• Provide comprehensive pre-natal, intrapartum, and postpartum care to mothers and newborns.
• Assist with deliveries, including normal vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections.
• Monitor the mother's and baby's vital signs and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate and support mothers on breastfeeding, newborn care, and postpartum recovery.
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for mothers and families.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a maternity delivery setting.
• Current Kuwait Nursing License.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices in maternity care.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to provide care to a diverse patient population.
